Dr Adi Priya Kaur, currently works in Emergency Medicine. Her passion is to bring Kundalini yoga and western medicine together to help people synchronise physically, and spiritually. The discipline and beauty of kundalini yoga has inspired her physically, mentally, and spiritually. Through her regular practice, she began to notice the profound strength and flexibility that developed both on and off the mat. As a musician, she has begun recording, and playing in regular live and online concerts. Having studied the violin since a young age, she played regularly as part of an orchestra, performing in a variety of concerts.

I am a Kundalini yoga teacher and I live and work in Devon, UK. I have been running a training here since 2012. I teach regular drop-in classes, specialized workshops and retreats. Before I trained to teach yoga I was a Secondary School teacher and I have a special interest in teaching yoga to teenagers and young adults. I have taught Kundalini yoga in schools and am currently working at Exeter University. Before I did my level 1 I worked at Miri Piri Academy as a school teacher and I continue to be inspired by my time there.

I am an associate teacher trainer and course organiser for Level 1 Aquarian Teacher Trainings with Karam Kriya School and mentored by Shiv Charan Singh. I have been teaching Kundalini Yoga classes, workshops and retreats in the UK since 2008 and have had the blessing to teach on the teacher trainings in the UK and abroad since 2019. I am a singer, musician, sound healer, Karam Kriya Consultant and Sat Nam Rasayan healer. I have had many years of experience with working with the gong as a tool for transformation and run trainings for people to learn how to play the gong for healing, relaxation and as an aid to meditation.
