Param Prakash Kaur (Isa Mata), Kundalini Yoga Teacher (KRI International Certification Levels 1 and 2), Breathwalk and Parent/Child Yoga. Param Prakash Kaur has been practicing Kundalini Yoga since 1998. She has received teachings from Ram Singh, Shiv Charan Singh, Ishwara Kaur and Kirpal Singh. Ishwara Kaur is her teacher and her mentor. She is currently preparing a French translation of the book Breathwalk, breathing your way to a revitalized body, mind and spirit (Gurucharan Singh Khalsa, Ph.D. and Yogi Bhajan, Ph.D.) and is working on a practical manual of Breathwalk in French.

My blessing is to have met Kundalini Yoga in Togo, Africa in 2008. My happiness is to teach it in France and to become a trainer with Ik Saran Dhian School. My motto is to transmit Joy through Service for a world where we learn to live with compassion, to be the leaders of this new era, respectful of Mother Earth. As a woman, I want to be part of the change. My wish is to meet with you at the European Festival, French Festival or at a Teacher training. I enjoy teaching Yogic Spiritual and Western anatomy and leading Aquarian Sadhana mantras with my guitar.

Sat Nam. I live in France since my birthday, in 1979. I feel my life like a path to learn the gift of leaving a human experience- At 24 years old, I became a french teacher. I work with teenagers, in a national school. Thanks to the Kundalini Yoga, I improve day by day my presence and my vision in this job. I feel a connection with Nature. I would like to teach more for women and teenagers. If possible with Nature workshops. Singing is a way to express my Self. I've started to learn harmonium and to sing kirtan. I first did a step of consciousness when I learnt some buddhist teachings. In 2011, I discovered the sangat of Kundalini Yoga. Then I started the training to become Karam Kriya Consultant. And afterwards all was very quick. I discovered Kundalini Yoga through an Aquarian Sadhana. In March 2012, I started the Level One training. I'm enthusiastic to transmit. Now, I have taught for 6,5 years. It's my point of commitment.
