My journey into Self was divinely planned. I first began on the path of fitness, shortly after it progressed into nutrition, and finally I arrived at the door of a yoga studio. I wasn't sure if I had to choose only one field, but the signs kept pointing me to focus on all 3: Fitness, Nutrition, and Yoga. For the first five years, I experienced the benefits of different types of yoga practices and styles of teaching. Although I did not know exactly what I was searching for, when I was introduced to Kundalini Yoga, I immediately knew and felt that this was the practice that my soul was searching for. For a year and a half, I consistently attended a weekly class. Through my teacher, Haribir Kaur, I learned about the White Tantric Yoga, full moon gong meditations, and I attended a week of Winter Solstice Celebration. This practice continuously helped me to improve the quality of my life and relationships. I decided to become a student to become a teacher of Kundalini Yoga. The journey continues. I consider myself a devoted student of this practice, and a teacher of my own experiences and insights.
