I started Kundalini Yoga in 1994; in 2010 I was certified Level 1; in 2014 Level 2 and Level 3 in progress. I participate n the Mexico Women's Camp, and in the Teacher Training Level 1 at Guru Ram Das Puebla Center since 2013. I teach workshops on Numerology and topics related to KY technology. I have taught KY classes since 2013 at the Guru Ram Das Puebla Center and since 2014 for people with mental disabilities. It gives me great satisfaction to teach and share my experience on this path, I seek to apply most of the teachings and lead by example.
