Trainers 3

I have been practicing yoga for over 30 years. In 1985, Yogi Bhajan requested me to go to South Africa and introduce Kundalini Yoga. I have operated natural food businesses - retail and wholesale - since those early days. I am an engineer by trade and repair, modify and invent machinery to move forward the Aquarian Age. We now live in an intentional community in the Western Cape of South Africa with the goal of self-sustainability. My wife, Pritam Hari Kaur, and I teach Level 1 and Level 2's nationwide. We have a son, Hari Bhajan Singh.

I run a healing arts and yoga programme for staff and patients with long term and enduring mental health difficulties at The Maudsley Foundation Trust National Health Service in London. I have collaborated with galleries such as Tate Modern and Tate Britain and the National Portrait Gallery in London offering yoga art performances and workshops. I am based in Portugal as part of the Quinta do Rajo Ashram community. My teacher is Shiv Charan Singh, founder of the Karam Kriya School, were I share ongoing study of sacred numerology. One of Its practical applications is within the field of counselling were it enables conversations that are truly transformative. I am a Level 2 qualified Kundalini Yoga in the lineage of Yogi Bhajan, and consult in Karam Kriya and Ayurveday Lifestyle and Nutrition.

I relocated to South Africa from Germany when Yogi Bhajan asked me to come here in 1987. I joined my husband in the health food businesses, FRUITS & ROOTS and EARTH PRODUCTS. We have relocated to an eco village permaculture farm in the Western Cape and conduct Teacher Trainings Level One and Two around around the country, soon also in Burundi! I practice the healing art of Emotional Freedom Technique, aka Tapping. I created The Kundalini Yoga Fan; order it through Spirit Voyage!
