Hari Dass Singh Khalsa has been a chiropractic physician in Portland Oregon since 1982. He has taught Kundalini Yoga for over 30 years. He has taught the Western Anatomy section in the first Masters Touch in New Mexico, in Anandpur Sahib India as well as in the Level 1 Teacher Trainings in Vancouver, BC, Chicago IL and Portland, OR. His approach to teaching anatomy will change how you think about postures and the practice of Kundalini Yoga.

Jai Kartar teaches in Level 1 and 2 Teacher Trainings in Eugene and Portland, Oregon. She is a longtime teacher at Yoga West of Eugene (yogawesteugene.com), and has taught at the U of O, Holistic Healing Institute, and workshops and trainings around the Northwest. She is a Level 3 candidate in Sat Nam Rasayan, and a teacher and practitioner of this healing modality. This has deepened her commitment to meditation as both personal practice and teaching focus. Her current areas of interest include the Ten Bodies and Yogic Numerology, Cycles and the healing applications of yoga. She has served on the Board of KRI since 2007.

Simrat Kaur has a deep respect for the beauty and challenges of the human experience. She has sought to uplift and bring grace through her yoga teaching since 1999. In addition to her experience as a parent, a special education teacher, and serving families in need of support, she has an extensive experience in plant ecology / field biology, ranch work, homesteading, and wilderness travel. She believes in supporting families with natural childbirth practices whenever possible. Simrat Kaur supports beginning students in taking their first yoga classes and experienced students in deepening their practice. Thorough warm-ups begin class and modifications are offered through out. KRI Certified Level 1, 1999, Level 2, 2009, Level 3 in process Pre-Natal Kundalini Certification 2003, BreathWalk ™ Teacher, Sat Nam Rasayan ™ Practitioner Levels I and II, Professional Level Teacher Trainer.

Viriam started teaching Kundalini Yoga in 1973. Viriam has studied intensively with Yogi Bhajan in many venues, including one of the first Master’s Touch teacher’s training classes. Viriam started teaching teacher training 20 years ago in Eugene. Viriam currently teaches 6-8 classes in Kundalini Yoga a week at the University of Oregon. In addition to teaching Kundalini Yoga, Viriam is married (coming up on 34 years!) with two teenage kids. Viriam also manages several youth programs at Lane County Youth Services, teaches in Human Service and Sociology at the University of Oregon and Lane Community College, volunteers with United Way of Lane County, and is the executive manager for the Eugene Sikh Dharma community council and currently serves as Secretary on the Siri Singh Sahib Corporation board. Teaching and training is a strong thread in all that Viriam does.
