Simrit Kaur- Sarit Maor Simrit is an independent Kundalini Yoga trainer (Level 1 and 2). Simrit has been a major contributor to bringing Kundalini Yoga to the Middle East. She is the first Israeli Lead Trainer and lives the life of a “Kundalini Pilgrim” - teaching and traveling in Israel and in Europe. She teaches with a huge respect to the origin and with much love to originality. She is currently teaching mainly in Israel and Ibiza (Spain).

Born in 1954, married to Ronit-Nihal Kaur. We have 7 children. Swimmer and boy scout trainer, served in the IDF as an officer; studied biology and international relations; trained as a desert guide and become partner in a tour firm. Joined the civil service and retired after 25 years. Currently co-founder and Manger of the ROIM RACHOK PROGRAM that train young adults on the autistic spectrum. Teach about life.
