I'm graduated in Physical Education and graduated in 2000 at the Yoga Teaching School of Ratna Yoga in Piacenza, founded by Gabriella Cella Al Chamali, of which I was a student. I'm certified in 1st and 2nd level for the teaching of Kundalini Yoga according to the teachings of Yogi Bhajan and I'm certificated for Conscious Pregnancy, issued by 3HO Germany. I am an "Associate" in the Aquarian Trainer Academy. I'm first level Sat Nam Rasayan operator, an ancient art of care and I am a student of Guru Dev Singh, the living Master of this technique. I teach Yoga from many years, first in Verona, city of origin and since 2000 in Umbria. At the moment I direct the Kundalini Yoga Center in Foligno.

I am a counselor with a yogic, psychosomatic and systemic-relational orientation. I teach Kundalini Yoga, Mindfulness and breathing techniques. I love numbers, music and dance. I love to share with people what I am and what I have experienced. I love accompanying people for a piece of their Life. I love working with people who share, even in their diversity, my philosophy of life. My motto: Be the reason someone smiles today!
