Lead Trainer Kundalini Yoga & Meditation at the School of Life GUR PRASAAD, an ecological retreat center and yogic community in the mountains in the south of France. I am also a Sat Nam Rasayan teacher and healer. Other specialities: Naad Yoga, Passages of Life and Death, Sikh Dharma. I am born in Amsterdam. Holland, and have taught there for 30 years. In 2016 I moved to the Cévennes, a beautiful mountain range in the south of France, an hour and a half north of Montpellier. In 2017 I moved to Camporiol where I founded the School of Life GUR PRASAAD. Here I teach teacher training KY&M Level 1 and 2 assisted by friends and collegues. I also teach the Sat Nam Rasayan Healing Training Level 1 & 2 and different courses, such as a Japji course, a course on Life, Death and transformation, a Sat Nam Rasayan & Meditation retreat and an Easter retreat "Resurrect!' Other teachers also teach amongst others a recurring Kundalini Yoga retreat with walks in the mountains and 'Creating your Mala'. Visitors and sevadars (volunteers) are always welcome.
