Since completing the Master's Touch in 2004, I've taught over 1500 hours of Kundalini Yoga in Indianapolis. KRI Certifications in Level 1 and Level 2. Currently enrolled in the 2016 Cohort of KRI Level 3. I am interested in assisting in courses held in Indiana, Ohio, Kentucky, Illinois, Michigan or Wisconsin. Non-KRI Certifications: Postures/classical Hatha Yoga (Dharma (Mittra) Yoga "Life of a Yogi" 500-hr.) and Yin Yoga (80-hrs. with Exalt Yoga), plus formal training with Gongmaster Don Conreaux and Crown of Eternity. Currently I'm considered to be Indianapolis' main Gongmaster - with four 30-36" Gongs available to use singly or together.
