Satnaam. I've been based in London for 22 years. Since 2009 I've organised Level 1 trainings in London and regional counties with Karam Kriya School and teach on Level 1 programs in Europe as a Professional Trainer. I'm a Karam Kriya consultant, teacher and trainer, working with the applied science of spiritual numerology to support people to make meaningful life transitions. I'm currently a Level 2 Intern Trainer with my mentor Shiv Charan Singh and finishing Level 3 as part of the European Beta Program. For many years I've been giving talks in Gurdwaras, teaching on Sikh Retreats and working with interfaith organisations. My teaching includes psychiatric units, with a specialist interest in mental health and spiritual awakening, as well as refugee programs. I'm a Sikh Chaplain, offering spiritual counselling and meditation in hospitals. Topics I'm passionate about include Gurbani, Sikh Dharma, 10 Spiritual Bodies, Humanology, Death & Dying, Journey of the soul, Pranayama, Mind & Meditation.

DARRYL O'KEEFFE is a much travelled and practically minded spiritual teacher and healer, with a down to earth approach and a ready sense of humour, who has taught Kundalini Yoga since the 1980’s. Darryl originally trained as an English and Drama Teacher at the Royal Central School of Speech and Drama, London, teaching a variety of ages and abilities creatively across the conventional subject spectrum. Emerging awareness of subtle energy led to his consciously choosing to follow a more spiritual path, first promoting spiritual healing across the world, primarily with the National Federation of Spiritual Healers U.K. (now The Healing Trust), and subsequently as a trainer of healers and yoga teachers. Darryl facilitated SAcred Tours (with JudyFraser.com) to a variety of countries, is author of The Kundalini Yoga Experience (with Guru Dharam Singh KundaliniMedicine.com - now a Gaia Classic with worldwide sales over 100,000) and is Director of the international School of Kundalini Yoga (i-SKY.net). Darryl is a very experienced Lead Trainer of Kundalini Yoga as taught by Yogi Bhajan, a Mentoring Lead Trainer in the Aquarian Trainer Academy created by The Kundalini Research Institute (U.S.A.) and was a founder member of the 3HO IKYTA Global Teachers Council.

Har Nal Kaur completed the three year training program (Level 1 and Level 2) with Amrit Nam Sarovar becoming a KRI Certified Kundalini Yoga Teacher over 10 years ago. Recently she become a member of the GTC. She teachers workshops in London and all over the UK, France and Spain. She is a Professional Teacher Trainer with the ANS School running the Level 1 teacher training in London, Devon Har Nal Kaur is devoted to spreading Yogi Bhajan’s teachings and especially dedicated to uplifting and empowering the individual. She is a reflexologist and an Amanae healer.

Hari Har Ji is a Mentoring Lead Trainer based in the north of England and runs Level 1 teacher training programs in Central/Northern England, London and Scotland and Level 2 in Northern England. She is the founder of The Sahej Academy Teacher Training School. Hari Har Ji also active in Level 2 trainings in Germany and Holland and gives intensive workshops throughout Europe.

I've been teaching regular K Yoga classes and workshops since 1999. I teach 4-5 weekly classes, 3 for over 60s in London. I'm a trustee for the Guru Ram Das Project in London, UK and Nam Anand in Spain. Since 2010 I work as missle group leader at the Guru Ram Das Gurdwara at the EYF. I'm a Professional with Karam Kriya School in different L1 teaching training in the UK, Spain, and Portugal. I speak Spanish and English fluently. I have taught all L1 Aquarian Teacher modules: Yogic Philosophy, Mind/Meditation, Humanology, Roles and Responsibilities have been the most frequent subject areas. I'm mentoring for L2 with Shiv Charan Singh and part of the L3 Beta Cohort. I am a Karam Kriya Consultant and work as a psychotherapist (MSc, BA Hons.) and see regular clients both privately and at a multi-ethnic counselling project in London.

Suhab Kaur, PhD, has been practicing Kundalini Yoga and Karam Kriya since 1995 under the guidance of her mentor, Shiv Charan Singh. She is a Professional Trainer teaching in London and internationally, and a Karam Kriya trainer and consultant. Between 2011 and 2016 Suhab served as secretary of the Kundalini Yoga Teachers Association in the UK. Suhab is also a musician and interdisciplinary artist researcher, and has participated in exhibitions and collaborative projects worldwide.
