I have been an active teacher and healer for 33 years and I take part in the global transmission of Kundalini culture. From teaching teachers informally in the late 80's I have developed the International School of Kundalini Yoga ISKY with my colleague Darryl OKeeffe. ISKY offers 13 Level 1 programs in 10 countries and offers both Level 2 and 'the 21 stages". We create specialist programs for the young, the old, for the addicted and the afflicted. I am the Director of the International Kundalini Yoga THERAPY Training course which trains healer/teachers to apply KY as a 1-1 therapeutic modality and understand the biomechanics of Kundalini Shakti. Hari Dharam started the first Kundalini yoga center in Karlstad, Sweden, in 2004, which now is a yoga center consisting of eight yoga teachers. As a KRI Lead Kundaliniyoga Teacher Trainer she organizes workshops and Teacher Trainings both Level 1 and Level 2. She is a prenatal yoga teacher and also holds postnatal classes since 2005. She is a gong therapist since 2009 with Don Conreaux as mentor. She also gives tactile massage a very soft massage to stimulate the nervous system to calm down. She likes singing mantras, being out in the nature and spending time with her family. She has also trained people to become instructors in the Swedish "MediYoga" for 4 years.
