I started with Kundalini Yoga in 2003. In my first Yogaclass I had a deep experience and a feeling of having arrived at home. After a while I started with teacher training level one and directly after with level two. Since 2004 I have been teaching Yogaclasses every week. The desire to become a teacher trainer grew in the last few years and so I started 2014 as an intern in the teacher training program in Berlin. Last year I organized a training in Dresden in an Ogateam of 3 people. The training is still running and at the moment we are organizing a training in Dortmund Germany. I am currently an Associate Trainer.

Avtar Kaur, born in France, lives with her family near Frankfort, Germany. Formely a journalist, Kundalini Yoga and Karam Kriya simultaniously crossed her path when meeting Yogi Bhajan and Shiv Charan Singh in 1998. Certified KRI Level 1 and 2 and an Associate in the Aquarian Teacher Academy and Karam Kriya trainer and Consultant. She teaches Kundalini Yoga in trainings and workshops in different European countries as well as in the USA ( Summer Solstice and 3HO International Woman’s Camp, NM). Organiser of the first International Karam Kriya Women’s Camps, co-founder of the program Divine Woman-Divine Mother- based on the teachings of Karam Kriya and Kundalini Yoga. Kartar Kaur Mahler has taught weekly Kundalini Yoga classes since 2001. She is a non-medical practitioner for animals since 1993. She also was the organizer and teacher in Kundalini Yoga Teacher Trainings in Frankfurt, Gießen and Schweinfurt. Naad Yoga Teacher Trainer, teaching of piano/organ and other classical instruments, voice-training, initiator of Kundalini- and Naad Yoga centre SAT KARTAR, mother of four children. Teaches in level 1 KYTT Germany since 2008, teaches any topic since 2016. Organisation level 2 teacher training in Frankfurt.

Teaching KY since 2010 in Berlin at gyms, yoga studios, university, corporate yoga, personal training and on German KY festival. Translating a dozen KRI publications into German. Offering KY workshops & retreats since 2011. Organizer of 1st White Tantric Yoga in Berlin 2015. Creator & adminstrator of Berlin KY Sangat facebook group. Director of Yoga Japa - school for conscious living since 2017 together with my wife Paramjeet Kaur.

I was born and raised 1984 in south Germany (Schweinfurt) and I´m a mother of 4 wonderful children. I got in touch with KY during my first pregnancy in 2001. Since the beginning of the level 1 teacher training at 3HO in 2012 I started teaching KY regularly. In following years I completed the Prenatal and Postnatal Yoga training (3HO), the Yoga and psychology training (3HO) as well as several other karam kriya and KY workshops. Since 2014 I organise Yoga retreats in foreign countries like Croatia and Spain, twice a year. KY has accompanied and supported me from the beginning, through all ups and downs in my life. Therefore I spread the teachings in my courses, workshops and retreats wholehearted and with complete conviction. Currently I am in the mentoring process as a Level1 Intern with Dharma Singh.
