I am Lead Trainer in Kundalini Yoga and Karam Kriya Consultancy and very passionate about creating a more humane world. This is reflected in my enthusiasm when teaching. I am co-founder of the Kundalini Yoga Training Institute Cherdi Kala Yoga International, initiator of Yogaschule Golden Temple, founder of Yogahouse Prasaad and have co-developped the Divine Woman Program. I have been living and teaching Kundalini Yoga in different countries to students with a broad variety of social and cultural backgrounds including elderly people, drug rehabilitation centres, prison, schools, kindergardens. Extended travels into Asia after accomplishing my Master’s studies in sociology, communication and organisational psychology in Germany and Spain back my understanding about Asian culture and philosophy, especially yoga. I strongly advocate female solidarity as well as community building and have specialised in Karam Kriya and Sikh Dharma, while Teachings for Women, Pregnancy Yoga, Conscious Parenting, Humanology, Yogic Lifestyle and Conscious Communication are also very close to my heart and often themes of my workshops. Together with my husband and our two sons I am living in South-Germany at Yogahouse Prasaad – a retreat place for conscious living in nature. He also teaches in 3HO Germany Level 2 trainings in Southern Germany and Frankfurt, especially communication and lifecycles and lifestyles. Has also taught the following subjects: Death and dying and spiritual warrior. Dharma runs a spiritual funeral home in Freiburg. My deepest experience with the tools of Kundalini Yoga was in Amritsar, my mind and soul got healing by sitting in the marvelous sound of the holy scriptures.Since than Breath and Naad carry me through the challenges of life. Aged18 I began to be a healer as a physiotherapist, than as a socialworker and therapist for People with Special Needs. For a few years I even was a Woldorfteacher. Through being a mother of 3 children I also became a yogateacher for mothers journey and yoga for kids. As our 5 children are out of the house my husband and I started our own kundalini Yogaschool. Sat Nam. I accompany individuals and groups in their process of growth, sharing the teachings as a Leadtrainer for Level 1 and Level 2. I offer consultations, working mainly with medical Hypnotherapy and with Karam Kriya, the science of applied numerology, where I am a trainer as well. In my workshops I focus on the different layers of healing, especially on the neurobiological side of the positive aspects of meditation, pranayama & movement on the brain: The key to change is ours from the moment we know how the brain, our control center, works!
