Shanti Nam is from Finland, Lapland. Kundalini Yoga Teacher (2018) and has been teaching since 2017 in Finland Tampere and online. She is a Meditative- and Sound Healer. She keeps developing her skills and currently is studying to be a level 1 Kundalini yoga teacher trainer. She is inspired to connect people and create possibilities for people to join Kundalini yoga. Shanti Nam has been trained as a Chef and has a Bachelor’s Degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management and in Social science. She has studied food nutrition at Open University and holistic nutrition at the Finnish Health Institute Salus. She has learned to be Ayurvedic nutritionist. She has also studied psychology at Open University and social work at the University of Applied Sciences and works in child welfare. She is very dedicated to food's healing benefits and supports people in healing physically, mentally, socially, and spiritually. She also helps women find their inner stability and beauty. Shanti Nam loves nature and peaceful environments and shares these as inner experiences with others in her classes and healing sessions. Classes and healings are available in Tampere and mostly online.

Siri Vedya Kaur has been interested in spiritual development since childhood and during her years at University she discovered yoga, first classical and then Kundalini Yoga, which has been her path since 2005. Siri Vedya is Level 1 and 2 certified as well as a Professional Teacher Trainer based in Helsinki, Finland. She is also a Professional Shakti Dance© Teacher and Teacher Trainer, as well as a Meditative Healing™ practitioner. Siri Vedya has a BA in Spanish philology, an MA in Intercultural Communication and Latin American Studies, and several years of work experience from international project management in academia and the private sector.
