I am a fascinated student of everything that has to do with Kundalini Yoga and the way energy moves through the body and in the psyche. My favorite teaching is KY Level 1 and 2 teacher training programs, retreats, and courses and kriyas of transformation. I have taught at the European and Asian Yoga Festivals, at both Winter and Summer Solstice in the US, as well as courses and trainings throughout the US and in Mexico and Canada.
