I have been an active teacher and healer for 33 years and I take part in the global transmission of Kundalini culture. From teaching teachers informally in the late 80's I have developed the International School of Kundalini Yoga ISKY with my colleague Darryl OKeeffe. ISKY offers 13 Level 1 programs in 10 countries and offers both Level 2 and 'the 21 stages". We create specialist programs for the young, the old, for the addicted and the afflicted. I am the Director of the International Kundalini Yoga THERAPY Training course which trains healer/teachers to apply KY as a 1-1 therapeutic modality and understand the biomechanics of Kundalini Shakti.
