I started my Yoga Study in1992 at the Self Realization center in Los Angeles CA. I Continued with Hatha Practices, until i went to india and received a message I needed to go deeper. So I went a Kundalini Yoga Center and met Harijiwan and began Studying with him in 2004. I was a founding teacher at RA MA Institute in Venice/Santa Monica. I joined the Acedemy in 2015 and became an intern. Haridass Khalsa became my mentor. I have done several Level 1 trainings in the last 10 years. I relocated to Colorado in 2022. I currently teach Kundalini Yoga here and have 4 students about ready to graduate in Sat Hari's Practicum in April 2024.
