I am a professional trainer, have taught Kundalini yoga since 2015. I also explored Sat Nam Rasaryan, Yoga Nidra, Somatic Dance and other spiritual practice. They all enrich my spiritual practice and Kundalini yoga practice. I feel passionate in women's teaching, conscious pregnancy and healing, and develop a lot of workshop around it.
