Dr Adi Priya Kaur, currently works in Emergency Medicine. Her passion is to bring Kundalini yoga and western medicine together to help people synchronise physically, and spiritually. Guru Shabad De Santis, the first Kundalini Yoga and Gatka teacher in Italy, has been training teachers in both disciplines for over 30 years. Yogi Bhajan invited him to become Baba Nihal Singh’s direct Gatka student, and then introduced him personally to the Sword Therapy. At that time, Yogi Bhajan asked Guru Shabad for two twin swords (now kept with the Sikh Dharma treasures), and told him: “One sword will be mine and one will be yours. Each time you will heal by the use of the sword, I will be there with you”.

I have been a teacher my entire life. In my career, I began as a riding instructor and worked for 20 years. When I landed in my Level 1 training I immediately changed the subject of my teaching from horseback riding to Kundalini Yoga. To be able to spread these amazing and powerful teachings feels very important. Each and every one of us needs it more than ever today. By being a Teacher Trainer, it gives me the opportunity to do that much more than by only teaching the regular yoga classes, where there is not so much room for the whole life philosophy. Hari Dharam started the first Kundalini yoga center in Karlstad, Sweden, in 2004, which now is a yoga center consisting of eight yoga teachers. Jugat Guru Singh Khalsa is the Executive Principal of Miri Piri Academy in Amritsar, India. I decided to be a Yoga teacher after my firs kundalini Yoga class, that i didn't like at all but at the same time i felt straight away that it was my path. Gundula Avenali, aka Puran Sukh Kaur, has been dealing with natural sciences and spiritual teachings for 25 years. After completion of her university degree in Food Engineering and Biotechnology she was more than 10 years in business and politics. In 2004 she founded the internationally renowned WALDZELL INSTITUTE, which brought together personalities like His Holiness the Dalai Lama, Paulo Coelho, Isabel Allende, Frank Gehry, Christo and numerous Nobel Prize winners with decision-makers from business and politics. In 2013 Puran Sukh Kaur founded the Veda Yoga School in Switzerland, which she has been managing since then. Suhab Kaur, PhD, has been practicing Kundalini Yoga and Karam Kriya since 1995 under the guidance of her mentor, Shiv Charan Singh. She is a Professional Trainer teaching in London and internationally, and a Karam Kriya trainer and consultant. Between 2011 and 2016 Suhab served as secretary of the Kundalini Yoga Teachers Association in the UK. Suhab is also a musician and interdisciplinary artist researcher, and has participated in exhibitions and collaborative projects worldwide. 

I am a professional trainer, have taught Kundalini yoga since 2015. I also explored Sat Nam Rasaryan, Yoga Nidra, Somatic Dance and other spiritual practice. They all enrich my spiritual practice and Kundalini yoga practice. I feel passionate in women's teaching, conscious pregnancy and healing, and develop a lot of workshop around it.

Sukhdev Kaur moved from her homeland of Mexico to Estonia in the early 2000's where she founded the Guru Ram Das Ashram and the School of Kundalini Yoga and Humanology. She has been sharing the Teachings of Kundalini Yoga and Sikh Dharma across Europe and Mexico since then. As a Sikh Minister, Sukhdev Kaur is the coordinator of the Gurdwara at the European Yoga Festival every summer. Her passions include organic gardening, practicing gatka and ecological building together with her husband at the Ashram. In the past 15 years Sukhdev Kaur dedicates most of her time to train teachers in Kundalini Yoga, Women's Teachings and several different courses across Eastern Europe, hosting several groups a year at the ashram. Sukhdev Kaur has been serving on the Sikh Dharma Education International board since 2021 and since 2023 is the Director of Continuous Education at Miri Piri Academy in India.
