Dr Adi Priya Kaur, currently works in Emergency Medicine. Her passion is to bring Kundalini yoga and western medicine together to help people synchronise physically, and spiritually. The discipline and beauty of kundalini yoga has inspired her physically, mentally, and spiritually. Through her regular practice, she began to notice the profound strength and flexibility that developed both on and off the mat. As a musician, she has begun recording, and playing in regular live and online concerts. Having studied the violin since a young age, she played regularly as part of an orchestra, performing in a variety of concerts.

Sat Nadar is a KRI certified Kundalini Yoga Teacher, and member of KYTA . She finds her joy in sharing the teachings – uplifting and supporting others. She lives and works at Purusha in South Yorkshire (home of Sahej Academy), teaching classes, workshops and teaches on the Teacher Training in Yorkshire and Scotland. She trained with Sahej Academy in 2009, and then went on to develop herself through the Level 2 programme. She spent two years living with the yoga community in France integrating the teachings and learning about the yogic lifestyle. She is a person centred counsellor, numerologist, reiki healer, reflexologist. She also loves cooking and teaching circle dancing.

Siri Sevak Kaur is a compassionate and gifted teacher of teachers in Kundalini Yoga. Her own immersion in mantra, music and Sikh Dharma bring additional depth and beauty to the training. She lives and teaches at Guru Ram Das Ashram in Millis, Massachusetts, and teaches in Level 1 trainings and Level 2 trainings in Massachusetts, New York and Connecticut.
